Daily Dose: A Breath of Fresh Air

Here’s today’s dose of nature connection ideas!

Flash connection: Breath

Step outside. Inhale deeply for at least a four count. Hold it and then inhale for  two counts more. Exhale powerfully and let it all go. Do this inhale/exhale at least five times. Feel the clean air travel into your lungs and throughout your entire body.

Adventure: Play

Go anywhere, do anything as long as it feels like play. Play is often a state of mind and body so find yourself there and find yourself anywhere. If you have children: Ask them to take you on an adventure and follow them. They know how to play.
