Flash Connection: Take a nap
Go outside and find a comfortable place to lie down. Set an alarm for 20 minutes and close your eyes. Release all your senses and drop into silence and stillness and maybe, just maybe - fall asleep. Studies have shown that sleeping outside helps your brain and body function better, so go ahead - take a nap!

Take a walk and try to find the first:
