Go outside and spin around in one direction 15-20 times or until you can no longer stand up. Fall Fall Fall down to the ground and lay on your back for at least 10 minutes as you watch the world and feel yourself unwind.
Adventure: Balance Walk
Walk the curb, follow a log, jump the rocks. Hop on one foot, now the other. Find all the things in nature or in your neighborhood that challenge you to find your balance. Make an adventure out of it by seeking the routes that challenge you to stay grounded. If you’re in your neighborhood, try balancing while skipping, running or hopping.
