Flash connection: Feel the wind
Walk towards an open area outside your home. Feel from which direction the wind is coming from. You can close your eyes and feel it on your face. Lick your finger and feel which side gets cold. Look at the trees and see if you can tell which way the leaves are blowing.
Adventure: Gratitude Walk
Walk around your block or in an open space and allow yourself to fall into gratitude with everything you see, hear and smell. Turn your attention towards something and express gratitude for what you are focused on. Continue that for up to an hour and notice how you feel after.
