Sit inside or outside and remember a time when you felt connected and rejuvenated by nature. Recall as many details as you can. What did it smell like? What colors did you see? With each inhale, bring more of that memory and feeling into your body. With each exhale, find yourself connected to everything that is around you.
Adventure: Take a High Vantage
Get to a place where you are able to look down from a high vantage point. This can be climbing a tree or hiking to the top of a mountain. Survey the land below you to see the bigger picture. Allow all the little thoughts to escape for a moment and relish in the grand scheme.
