Gloria Sanchez-Arreola

Associate Program Director Gloria joined Wilderness Youth Project in 2018. She grew up in the rich and diverse cultural epicenter that us EL LAY (aka the concrete jungle of Los Angeles) and comes from a working class background. These parts of her story give her a keen ability to leverage the power that community has to create change, space and movement. She is passionate about working with youth, families and communities for equity, access and justice. As WYP’s Associate Program Director she is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse space for all to reconnect with nature, to heal and to protect pachamama for future generations.
