Wild Harvest: Milky Oats for AnxieTEA

  1. Harvest the seeds while they are still green (or in the “milky” stage–when squeezed, they produce a white liquid). 
  2. Place the seeds in a metal bowl, not a basket, for later use!
  3. You can make a tea by steeping the oats in boiling water OR
  4. Create a tincture by packing a jar with the oats, filling with apple cider vinegar, and steep for 2 weeks.
