WYP Summer Camp Experiences

Summer 2021

Our summer 2021 programming looks a little bit different this year.

WYP 2021 summer camp is on! The health and safety of our community is our top priority, and we will continue to monitor national, state and local guidelines regarding managing risks associated with COVID-19. Due to our unique outdoor camp environment and small group ratio model,  WYP is able to provide a much needed summer camp experience while maintaining COVID precautions. (TBD as to whether we will be able to use our passenger vans or will be place-based this summer).

Round 1 of our summer weighted lottery is now closed.  Round 1 lottery results were announced by email on April 1st. You may continue to register for our waitlists at any time.  For families on the waitlists, we'll be following up about next round of placements by May 15th.

Frequently Asked Questions about Summer at WYP.

Demand for WYP camps exceeds the spots we are able to offer in the summer. For that reason, we have a weighted lottery that prioritizes continuing/ returning participants and our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Every interested participant should register for the waitlist. Round 1 of the lottery happens in March. After that, interested families should continue to join the waitlists.
